No dashboards to log into, no Slack threads at 11pm. Here is exactly what lands on your week — when our photographer shows up, when the edit happens off-peak, when the text comes in for you to approve, when the drop fires, and when the post-mortem closes out the loop.
The week, at a glance
Stage 01
Before service / 10:30–11:30 · between lunch & dinner / 15:00–16:00 · after close / 22:30+
Our photographer arrives in the window you picked — before service, between covers, or after close. Two hours, no lights rigged across the dining room, no service interruptions. We leave with the plates, the pass, the bartender, and the room your regulars see on a Tuesday at 7pm.
Plate #003 · Slow-roasted squash, brown butter, sage
Hand-built ceramic · daylight / 5600K · f/5.6
Stage 02
Off-peak · 14:00–17:00
While you are prepping for Wednesday service, our editor cuts the week. Reels, plates, the SMS for Wednesday night. You do not see it yet, you do not need to see it yet — the cut is locked before it ever reaches your phone.
Cut · Beurre Monté pass shot
Pass, plate, pour
Stage 03
Between prep & family · 19:30–21:30
A text lands on your phone Wednesday night or Thursday over coffee — the cut, a one-line ask, a Y/N reply. Nothing to log into, nothing to download. You decide between the prep shift and family time, and we are locked by Thursday close.
Plating Room

Stage 04
17:00 — scheduled, automated
If you replied Y, the Reel goes up across Reels, TikTok, and your feed at 5pm sharp on Friday. Same filenames, same captions, same timing every week — your regulars know when it lands. The plate-up gallery and SMS go out in the same window.
Reel #12 · Beurre Monté
Pass, plate, pour
Stage 05
Morning · before the week restarts
Sunday morning we send one text — what landed, what booked, what to cut next week. No deck, no retroactive strategy call. You read it on the walk in, and Monday starts the next rhythm.
Plating Room
SMS · text/sms
Slow intake by design.
A 30-minute call with the Plating Room account lead, scoped to your real Tuesday and your real Friday. We leave with one week mapped to your service windows, your family windows, and one number on a postcard that you can run past your chef before we start.
